“Platform” refers to Munlify and all related services. “User” refers to any person using the platform. “Organizer” refers to conference teams. “Applicant” refers to users applying to conferences.

2. Nature of Service

Munlify provides tools for Application Management (AMC), Conference Management (CMS), and communication systems. Munlify does not organize or control conferences.

3. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to use this platform and comply with all applicable laws. If acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm authorization.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for illegal activities, harmful behavior, or system disruption. Any violation may result in account suspension.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant Munlify a license to store and process it for platform functionality.

7. Applications

All application decisions are made by conference organizers. Munlify is not responsible for acceptance, rejection, or placements.

8. Data & Privacy

Your data may be collected and processed to operate the platform. Munlify does not sell personal data and follows applicable data protection laws.

9. Communications

You agree to receive system emails such as application updates and notifications. You may opt out of marketing messages.

10. Third-Party Services

Munlify may use third-party providers like Resend for email delivery. We are not responsible for failures caused by these services.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content and design belong to Munlify. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

12. Availability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Fees

Some features may be paid. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

14. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated or abuse is detected.

15. Limitation of Liability

Munlify is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or conference-related outcomes.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Türkiye.
